Regulatory authorisation

PetsOnly does not operate under an activity that requires regulatory authorisation, so §5(1) Nr. 3 DDG (competent supervisory authority) does not apply.

Regulated profession

PetsOnly is not offered in the exercise of a regulated profession within the meaning of Art. 4(1) No. 11, Directive 2005/36/EC, so §5(1) Nr. 5 DDG (chamber, professional title, professional rules) does not apply.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, as Art. 14(1) of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 requires us to state. We are not obliged to, and do not, take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§36(1) Nr. 1 VSBG).

We only store what makes the site work — your session, this device's appearance, and (once you choose) this decision. Anything else needs your OK first, including the error reports that tell us when something broke (via Sentry).
